This course deals with the overall general management of a corporation. It involves the study of a set of activities (including planning and decision making, organization, leading and controlling) directed at an organization's resources(human, finacial, physical, and information) with the aim of achieving organizational goals in an efficient and effective manner. It is concerned with the determination of the strategic direction of organizations, as well as the management of strategy forming processes within organizations.
