Da-Yeh is located in Da-Tsuen, Chang-Hwa, occupying a total area of 60 hectares.  The campus is adjacent to the auto factory and the instrument plant of Yeu Tyan Machinery Mfg. Co., Ltd.  To the southwest of the campus is the Tai-Feng Golf Course.  Surrounded by hills and streams, the institute provides an excellent environment for higher education.  Da-Yeh is built on a hillside; therefore, water & soil conservation and landscape gardening are highly emphasized.  Trees and other greenery are plentiful making the campus a pleasant environment.
    The first phase construction that have been completed so far include the Administration Building, Co-Op Building, East Graduate School Building, and West Graduate School Building.  The four large buildings, are connected to form a rectangular complex with a beautiful central courtyard inside.  The artistic lamps, fountains, trees, and flowers make the courtyard a good place for students and faculty to spend their free time.  In the basement of the complex, there are a grocery, a cafeteria, and recreation rooms.  The student dorms, Design Building, and faculty apartments have also been completed.
    The second phase construction at the University, including the construction of the library, gymnasium, Engineering Building, Third Dorm and Student Lounge will be carried out on schedule.
    The first dorm is a 5-story building covering an area of 3,300 square meters that can accommodate 230 students.  Each residential unit consists of 4 bedrooms/study suites and a central lounge.  The second dorm is an 8-story building covering an area of 8,600 square meters that can accommodate 1,000 students.  In the dorm there are a cafeteria, a computer room, 3 student halls, a lounge, and a laundry.
    The Student cafeteria and the stores provide students with meals, beverages, Taiwanese snacks, coffee, fruit, stationery, and other daily necessities.  The health center provides hygienic education, medical treatment and first aid.  The center is also a part of the emergency service network of the local hospitals.
    The career guidance and alumni office is in charge of career placement and planning.  The office offers interviews, lectures, psychological testing, group counseling, and job placement to help students realize their career and further educational goals.
