- With the rise of globalization, one must have a good command of one foreign language for studies or jobs. In recent years, our university has promoted a lot the international exchange student programs as well as academic exchanges or cooperation. We have devoted ourselves to enhancing the teaching quality of our school and integrating teaching with research. In response to the needs at home and abroad, we have established the first school of foreign languages in Central Taiwan, ahead of other universities or colleges located in the same area. The departments of the school cooperate, integrate, and interact with one another closely to achieve the goals of high quality, high efficiency, and further refinement.
